Duration: 21 Days (Three weeks to a stronger, freer you)
Focus Areas: Lifestyle, Nutrition, Fitness, Mental Health, and Spiritual Growth
Who Can Join: Anyone ready to commit fully to their transformation.
Cost: Free or customizable fee (optional).
Where: Online via our Lifestyle Nutrition platform and social media.
Rules of the Challenge:
Hydration: Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water daily.
Nutrition:
Follow a clean eating plan (no cheat meals, no alcohol, no drugs).
Incorporate meal prep strategies to stay on track.
Use our "Farm-to-Table" approach: start a mini garden or source fresh ingredients locally.
Movement:
Perform your body weight in pushups daily (e.g., if you weigh 150 lbs, do 150 pushups).
Men: Add squats equal to your body weight. Women: Perform squats equal to half your body weight.
Two workouts daily: one indoors and one outdoors (at least 30 minutes each).
Walk or run a cumulative distance of 5-10 miles weekly in nature.
Spiritual Connection: Dedicate 1 hour daily to connecting with God, through prayer, meditation, or scripture.
Mental Health:
Spend 2 hours daily without your phone or any screens.
